What are your hours?
Tuesday: 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Every other Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
This is my set schedule behind the chair but depending on my availability I am open to booking an appointment outside of my normal business hours. Please contact me directly to make appropriate accommodations. Because I am solo, please be understanding that I may not be able to answer calls and texts during working hours but I will get back to you at my earliest convince.

Is there parking?
Yes, parking is plentiful and free! You may park in the lot directly in front of the building, the parking garage, or the neighborhood streets.
How do I get to your Salon Suite?
"My Salon Suite" is located on the second level of the building. To get up there; take the elevator or a staircase from either end of the walkway. Once you enter into the visitors lobby, dial for suite #103. I will answer over the intercom asking you to wait a moment while I finish with my prior Guest or "buzz you in". Once you walk through the door, you will make an immediate right to head to my suite.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be made booking online directly through my website, Facebook/Instagram, and in salon. You may also email, text or call me to make an appointment.
Do you accept "Walk In" Clients?
All services are appointment only. In order to assure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointments in advance to ensure a time frame that works best for you.
Will you come to my house to do my hair?
Yes, I will come to your house to do you hair. The service menu will be limited compared to in salon services and there will be a travel fee included. Please contact me(via text/call/email) to inquire about or book an at home appointment.
Will you remind me of my appointment?
You will be sent a reminder email and/or text message for your future appointment.
What are your Covid procedures?

Can I bring a friend?
My Salon Suite is big enough for the both of us but space is limited. Please keep in mind that if you bring someone with you; it will be a tight fit. I would suggest that your Guest visit one of the many delicious restaurants within walking distance or take a stroll through the beautifully landscaped Oakland Cemetery.
What happens if I'm late or no show my appointment?
Your salon services are reserved especially for you. I value the time I get with each Guest and want to ensure that everyones agenda stays on time. In the event that you are going to be late, please CALL/TEXT me for a heads up! I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other Guests.
In the rare occasion that a no call/no show would happen; you will be charged a no show fee of $50 and placed on a restricted scheduling solution.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please email or call/text me directly to make arrangements. 24+ hour cancelation notice is preferred in order to accommodate Guests on the waiting list.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Gratuity (tipping) is up to your discretion. You have the option to leave a cash gratuity or to simply authorize gratuity on your credit card transaction. In advance; I greatly appreciate your generosity!
Can I bring my dog?
The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the only exception to this rule.
What products do you use?
Goldwell. Hotheads. Cezanne. These are the brands I use for color, hair extensions, and smoothing treatments.
